Board of Directors
The general policy of the company is determined by the Board of Directors composed of the following eminent, highly experienced professionals and business men:

Alhaji Shehu Mohammed (Magajin Rafin Kano) - Chairman
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K. (FCCA); He is also a Hon. Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers and Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management. He had an extensive banking career during which he worked in different capacities among which was Deputy General Manager in First Bank from July, 1985 to Feb, 1988; Executive Director in the same First Bank between Feb, 1988 and June, 1990. After that he was appointed the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Allied Bank Of Nigeria Plc from June, 1990 to Feb, 1998, During his banking career, he also worked overseas with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Ltd, London, U.K. and Standard Chartered Bank Ltd, Harare, Zimbabwe.

At the community service level, he is a member of the Kano Emirate Council as the Magajin Rafin Kano, District Head, Tofa from Aug, 2007 to date. He is also a Director of several other companies

Emmanuel A. Ocholi – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ocholi is an Economist, a stockbroker and a Banker with over three decades of experience in the Nigerian Economy. After building an impressive banking career in NAL Merchant Bank Limited (Now Sterling Bank Plc) between 1976 and 1986, he led a group of investors to promote Rims Securities Limited (now Lighthouse Asset Management Limited). He was appointed the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Rims Merchant Bank Limited following the promotion of that bank by Lighthouse Asset Management, a post he held until 1994 when he relinquished the executive function to pursue other interests. He is on the Kaduna/Kano/Yola Branch Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also on the board of the Investment and Securities Tribunal (IST); the specialist court that adjudicates on matters relating to the Nigerian Capital market. Mr. Ocholi is also a member of the Board of the Bank of Industry – owned jointly by Federal Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Bode Oladapo – Executive Director
Mr. Oladapo is a seasoned Investment Banker, Trainer, Management and Project Consultant, with varied experience in the Money Market, Capital Market and Real Estate sectors of the economy. Mr. Oladapo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN). He possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (1st Class Hon.) degree in Accounting from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Nigeria and also holds an MBA. After a brief stay as Audit Trainee and Audit Senior in the chartered firm of Ambrose Ikpefua & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Benin-City, he started his working career in the academia as lecturer at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where he worked for five years. He later worked with the international firm of Coopers & Lybrand Associates as Management Consultant before joining Rims Merchant Bank where he rose to the position of General Manager/Acting CEO. He has attended many seminars, workshops and training courses local and international. He is a director in few other companies.

Ameh Franklyn Adejo – Executive Director,
Mr. Adejo was appointed Executive Director of the company on 4th March 2004, with responsibility for Northern Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with honours from the University of Maiduguri and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. He holds a Master of Law Degree (LLM) graduating from the University of Lagos with bias in Secured Credits Transaction and Comparative Company Laws. Until his appointment, he was the Principal Partner of Pindar, Adejo and Co. He has a wealth of experience in Legal practice and in Business. He was once a Lecturer in Law and member of several academics and allied committee.

Mrs. Chimuru Onyenze – Executive Director
Chimuru Onyenze joined the company in March 2010 as the Group General Manager and was appointed Executive Director in June of the same year. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology (B.Sc.Tech.) degree from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri in 1986 and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the same Institution. After a brief stint with the National Directorate of Employment she joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 1992 where she worked meritoriously for 17 years. Her experience in the bank spans through Treasury Operations, Consumer Investments, Credit & Marketing, Financial Institutions (FI) and Branch management. She attended several local and foreign courses and won several performance driven commendations, awards and Trophies following her superlative budget achievements. Mrs. Onyenze is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. At the social level she was, in May 2010, appointed the Treasurer of Victoria Fellowship Church; an International and Interdenominational lay-led Church heavily involved in sponsoring mission work.

Dr. Attah Michael Ocholi -Director
Dr. Attah Michael Ocholi is a Medical doctor by profession; he attended Dulwich College, London 1995 – 1997 for his A-Levels and finished with A-grade. He later went to Clare College, Cambridge University, 1998 – 2001 where he bagged B.A. Hons (Upper 2:1) in Medical Sciences and proceeded to Imperial College School of Medicine 2001 – 2004 for his MBBS. In 2006, he got a Masters from Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He has worked in different hospitals among which are Central Middlesex Hospital, Acton; St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington; Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London where he is currently an Educational Supervisor.

Dr (Mrs.) Kaine Dosekun – Director,
A Medical Doctor by profession, she possesses the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB; BS) Degrees from the University of Ibadan. She was the Medical Director and Hospital Administrator of Oke-Ado General Medical Services Limited, a 40 bed hospital, offering family Practice/Consultant Specialist services with clients spanning major organizations and private individuals. With strong interest in Interior Designs, Art and culture, and having obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from the Western Design Institute, San Francisco, USA, she founded and currently manages Nouveau Collections Limited, an indigenous company involved in the manufacture and retail of stylish African clothing, gifts and household accessories. She is a mentor and functions as Director/Official in several other businesses and non-profit, educational, social, entrepreneurial support and religious organizations, few of which are:

Management Team
The management is led by Mr. Ocholi as Chief Executive Officer supported by Messrs. Bode Oladapo - Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer; Ameh Adejo- Executive Director and Head, Branch Operations and Mrs. Chimuru Onyenze - Executive Director and Head, Lagos Operations. Other members of the management team include the following:

Ola Vincent-Odje (Mrs.) - General Manager
Ola joined LFSP in September 2010 as the Group Accountant. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and has in view a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, U.K. She is a Chartered Accountant (Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria), auditor and management consultant. She had her professional training and career with the chartered firm of KPMG and Akintola Williams, Deloitte (Chartered Accountants), where she rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Manager. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Manager. She is literate in Applications like Quickbooks, Tally, BANKS, Bank wide, etc. Her consulting experience covered many of the companies operating in the real sector and financial services industry in the North West Geo-Political Zone of the country and Abuja.

G.I. Ohaeri - GM and Head, Lighthouse Asset Management
A seasoned Economist and Investment Analyst; Mr. Ohaeri is an Assistant General Manager and Head of Corporate Finance. He holds both Bsc. and Msc. Degrees in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U) and University of Lagos, graduating in 1980 and 1985 respectively. After more than a decade of lecturing and research experience in A.B.U. he joined Rims Group in 1991. He served in various capacities as Head, Credit and Marketing, and Loan Recovery units before moving to Lighthouse Asset Management Limited. He currently heads the Lighthouse Asset Management Limited; one of the subsidiary companies.

Pauline Funke Olapade - AGM and Head, Kaduna Branch
Mrs. Olapade is an Assistant General Manager and runs the Kaduna branch. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Prior to joining Lighthouse Asset Management, Mrs. Olapade was Head of Accounts and Credit Administration at Rims Merchant Bank

Wale Ajayi – DGM TAC Consulting
A seasoned Accountant, Financial Analyst and Auditor; Mr. Ajayi holds a B.Sc in Accounting from University of Benin and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He also has a Basic and an Advanced Certificate in Leasing. He joined the services of Lighthouse Financial Services Limited in 2006 as head of Internal Control Unit after more than a decade of service in Leasing Company of Nigeria Ltd, Lagos. He has performed many audit works for different companies around the country while in the employment of Ibraheem Jimoh & Co (Chartered Accountants). He was a member of the “Committee set up by the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board (NASB) that produced the Implementation Guide to the Statement of Accounting Standard on Leases – SAS 11”.

Obinna Nwosu-Igbo – AGM Business Risk
A graduate of Electronic Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka; Obinna has worked with several Information Technology companies and therefore is versatile in ICT. He also spent four years in the IT Advisory unit of KPMG where he further gathered experience in ICT consulting and management. His experience has enabled him develop competence in such areas as processes, risks and controls, planning and execution management, revenue generation and assurance, audit of information systems and security, telecommunication, networking, amongst others. Obinna has performed several IT audit engagements in Nigeria, which involved reviews of business applications, databases and operating systems with the use of Audit Command Language (ACL) and Integrated Data Extraction and Analysis (IDEA) for Computer Data Acquisition and Analysis (CDAA). Additionally, he has performed detailed review of IT policies, procedures and processes for reputable companies in Nigeria. He has worked in teams to install and configure switches, routers and servers for the establishment of VSAT and Radio links (802.11x); and setup a Network Management system for monitoring and maintenance of the Networks. Obinna is currently leading a team of engineers to perform a drive test using specialized applications and systems to analyze and report the Quality of Service being rendered by the major GSM operators in Nigeria. Obinna has completed his Information Communications and Entertainment Training/ Telecommunications foundation & intermediate school; Basic and Intermediate Accounting course and the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Chris Uyammadu – Head Dealing
Mr. Uyammadu holds a BSc. degree in Social Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, both from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He is a Chartered Stockbroker and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers with seven years stock broking experience. He joined Lighthouse Asset Management Limited in January, 2002.

Folashade Olukanni – Registrar
Graduated with HND (Accounts) in 1986 from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti and possesses an MBA from Federal University of Technology Akure. Prior to joining Rims Merchant Bank in 1992 she had worked in various companies. She is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission to practice as a Registrar, and has served in various units of the company. She heads the Registrar’s subsidiary of the organization.

Ernest Odionyemma Etiti – Company Secretary and Legal Adviser
Mr. Etiti holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Master of Business Administration from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Bachelor of Laws Honours degree(LL.B) from Lagos State University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an Associate of Accounting Technician (AAT) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA). After more than a decade of teaching and research experience, he joined the Law firm of Ntong and Ntong shortly after being called to the Nigerian Bar and later set up his own legal practice under the name and style of E. O. ETITI & ASSOCIATES before joining the Lighthouse Group in June, 2010, as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
